Panko Fried Chicken Tenders

Panko Fried Chicken Tenders is the BEST way to make melt in your mouth chicken tenders for your family!

  • 3 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups panko
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add panko, seasoning salt and pepper in a large ziploc bag, add three pieces of chicken at a time and shake well.
  3. Place in skillet.
  4. Let fry about 3 minutes, then flip over and continue to fry another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Next place on a baking sheet and place in a 350 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
