Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 Tbsp peas
  • lemon juice in place of salad dressing optional

Instructions
