Keto One Sheet Chicken and Broccoli Dinner Meal

  • 3-4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 head of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 tbsp olive oil divided
  • salt and pepper to season


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place foil on a large baking sheet.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with 3 Tbsp olive oil and place on one side of the baking sheet: sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired for seasoning.
  4. Toss the broccoli with the remaining 3 Tbsp olive oil and place on other side of the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve right away and enjoy!
