Keto Avocado Tomato Hamburger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 to mato sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix together hamburger, pepper, salt and pepper flakes.
  2. Form meat mixture into patties.
  3. Heat grill up to med heat.
  4. Place burgers on grill.
  5. Cook 5-6 minutes then flip over.
  6. Cook another 5-6 minutes.
  7. Brush hamburger patties gently with melted butter.
  8. Remove to plate and allow to rest 4 minutes.
  9. Serve on plate and layer with tomato and avocado.
  10. Enjoy!
