Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts or tenders
  • 7 cups of chicken broth boxed or can is fine
  • 1 cup onions diced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a large crockpot.
  2. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
  3. Stir well before serving.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
