Roasted Broccoli and Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 broccoli heads cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb red potatoes quartered
  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning or your favorite seasoning 2 tsp for each veggie

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the cut up veggies in a medium size bowl.
  3. Add in oil and toss well.
  4. Next add in seasonings and stir well.
  5. Spread on baking sheet and place in oven.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve right away.
