Slow Cooker Margarita Pork Recipe

  • 3-5 lb boneless pork roast
  • 1 10 oz can of Budlight Straw-ber-rita or your favorite margarita mix
  • salt and pepper to season/taste


  1. Place roast in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  2. Next slowly pour in liquid over pork roast.
  3. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low 10 hours.
  4. Remove pork roast and shred.
  5. Serve right away, freeze any leftovers.
