Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts 20 oz
  • 1 bottle Franks Red Hot Sauce 12 oz
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt/pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts.
  2. Dump into a gallon size storage container.
  3. Dump in all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove all air from the bag and freeze.
  5. When ready to prepare remove from the freezer and thaw overnight.
  6. Place all contents into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done.
