Easy Slow Cooker Brisket Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb beef brisket
  • 2 12 oz bottles of chili sauce
  • 1 1 oz dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place beef brisket in slow cooker.
  2. In a medium size bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour over the brisket.
  4. Cover with lid and cook on low for at least 10 hours or more (longer the better).
  5. Slice the beef brisket against the grain and pour gravy from the slow cooker over the slices.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
