Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken Freezer Meal

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz cans “cream of” soups (I used celery and potato)
  • 2 packets ranch dressing mix
  • 6-8 chicken breasts fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a labeled and dated freezer ziploc bag and mix well.
  2. Lay flat in freezer; when ready to cook place in fridge to thaw overnight.
  3. Place the contents of the bag in a 5 QT crockpot.
  4. Place lid on and cook on low 8 hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
