Homemade Peach Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 peaches sliced and diced
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the egg.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Add butter to milk and vanilla.
  5. Whisk the dry and wet ingredients together.
  6. Heat griddle or skillet to med-high heat.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup batter, brown on both sides.
  8. Arrange peach on top.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Add some diced up peaches in the batter for a delicious peach flavor!
