Easy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby portobello or white button mushrooms cleaned out
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup cut up cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat griddle to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, Italian seasoning, scallions, bacon and cheeses.
  3. Divide filling evenly among mushrooms.
  4. Spread 3 Tbsp butter on griddle, once melted add mushrooms.
  5. Cook 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked; while cooking scoop up hit butter and sprinkle on top of mushrooms.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
