Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh onion sliced thin
  • 8 fresh chicken legs 2 per person
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 6 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except chicken broth to a freezer safe bag.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. The night before you are ready to cook thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Place into a slow cooker and add chicken broth and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Optional - Transfer to a baking dish and broil for 4 minutes on high to crisp the skin. (I added the onions and garlic too).
