Slow Cooker Sweet Chicken Chili Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 bottle Frank's Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook/boil the chicken then shred (or use canned chicken and drain).
  2. Put the Frank's sweet chili sauce and chicken in a bowl and mix together with ranch dressing.
  3. Place half of the mixture into the crcokpot.
  4. Top with 1 block of cream cheese that has been cut into cubes.
  5. Layer with the rest of the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with the remaining block of cream cheese cubes.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Place the lid on and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every hour.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
