Unstuffed Turkey Cabbage Rolls

  • 2 pounds Honeysuckle White ground turkey
  • 1 large yellow onion chopped
  • 1 small head cabbage chopped
  • 2 can 14.5 ounce, diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 6 ounce, tomato paste
  • 6 oz water
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Heat a large skillet/pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil and cook the onions until translucent.
  3. Cook turkey and onion in the skillet/pot until browned.
  4. Drain and discard grease.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Bring the ingredients to a boil.
  7. Cover the skillet/pot, reduce heat, and simmer until cabbage is tender (This will take about 30 minutes).
  8. Serve and enjoy!
