Chocolate Salted Caramel Haystacks

  • 1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 12 oz pkg salted caramel chips
  • 1 cup peanuts (chopped)
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups Chinese Rice Noodles


  1. Combine chocolate chips and salted caramel chips in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat on the stove.
  2. Stir often until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add in peanuts and chow mein noodles and stir to fully combine.
  5. Drop a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture on a sheet of wax paper.
  6. Let sit for a few hours until the chocolate hardens or place in the fridge to harden faster.
