Homemade Frozen Shredded Hash Browns that are healthier than store bought for your family!

Ingredients

  • whole potatoes peeled (use as many as you want)
  • freezer bag
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Follow directions in post for freezing.
  2. To make hash browns: Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
  3. Add hash browns and sprinkle with aslt & pepper if desired.
  4. Add lid and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Flip hash browns over and continue to cook for another 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
