Mushroom Meatballs

Mushroom Meatballs is a simple, comfort food recipe! The family will love this hearty dinner meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 whole onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 - 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 jar Mushroom gravy

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, egg and bread crumbs.
  2. Start with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and add more if needed.
  3. Roll meat mixture into 1 inch balls.
  4. Heat medium-large skillet over med-high heat.
  5. Add meatballs and cook for 7-10 minutes, turning every couple minutes to brown the outside edges.
  6. While cooking, preheat oven to 350.
  7. Place in a casserole dish once done.
  8. Pour jar of gravy over the meatballs.
  9. Wrap casserole dish with foil.
  10. Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  11. Serve with gravy and enjoy!
