Crockpot Sausage with Peppers & Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Johnsonville Italian Sausage Brats
  • 1 large green pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in freezer bag, mix well and freeze until ready to use.
  2. When ready to cook, thaw overnight in fridge.
  3. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 6 hours.
  4. Serve on warm hot dog buns or with a salad.
