Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

Butterscotch Pudding Cookies are simply amazing with a soft, chewy texture!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose Gold Medal Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 tablespoons of milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with a parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine butter and sugars.
  3. Add egg, flour, butterscotch pudding, milk and baking soda.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are combined then stir in your butterscotch chips.
  5. With a large spoon or scoop, place dough 1 inch apart on baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
