Ingredients

  • Left Over Crockpot Homemade Vegetable Soup
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Put leftover soup in crockpot and heat up on low for 2-3 hours.
  2. Mix cornstarch and water together until cornstarch is dissolved.
  3. minute before serving beef stew add cornstarch mixture to crockpot, stir and turn on high.
  4. Serve over pasta noodles if desired.
