Ingredients

  • 2 cups of prepared pancake batter I used Hungry Jack, Cinnamon Spice
  • 1 package of Johnsonville pre-cooked sausage links

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare 2 cups of prepared pancake batter - follow package directions
  3. Heat 1 package of Johnsonville, pre-cooked sausage in the microwave for 1 minute
  4. Grease muffin tin (12 cup)
  5. Add pancake batter to the prepared muffin tin
  6. Chop sausage links and add to batter
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Optional - Serve with fresh fruit and syrup
