DOLE Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • DOLE Fruit in Jars Tropical Fruit (drained)
  • 1 Scoop of your favorite Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 spoonful of toasted coconut
  • optional - 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Layer tropical fruit over Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  2. Top with toasted coconut
  3. Optional: Add 1 tsp honey over yogurt before you add fruit
  4. To Toast Coconut place in oven on cookie sheet for 2 minutes on 300 degree oven.
