Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup diced Mango
  • 1 cup Ice if you use frozen fruit you can eliminate the ice
  • optional: 1 tsp honey
  • optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix on high until smooth.
