Cheesy Alfredo Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 spaghetti squash cooked
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice spaghetti squash in half.
  2. Scoop out middle and shred with fork.
  3. Place 2-3 spoonfuls of alfredo sauce into each spaghetti squash halve and mix.
  4. Place 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and parsley flakes on top of cheese.
  6. Place in oven under broiler for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
