Crockpot Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 large spaghetti squash or 2 small spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Using a fork poke the squash 4-5 times.
  2. Place in crockpot and add water.
  3. Place lid on slow cooker and set on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Remove from crockpot gently and place on plate.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. With a knife slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  7. Using a fork scrap out spaghetti squash and place on plate or in bowl.
  8. Serve right away.
