Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into crockpot and stir.
  2. Put lid on and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Serve over rice if desired.

Recipe Notes

If you leave the chicken whole and do not cut up you can cook longer for 6-8 hours.
