Pumpkin Cream Cheese Waffles

  • 4 Eggo Waffles toasted
  • 1 block of cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 can of pumpkin
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar
  • whipped cream optional
  • cinnamon optional


  1. In a small bowl mix together pumpkin and cream cheese.
  2. Once mixture is smooth add pumpkin pie spice and sugar (for sweeter tasting cream cheese add 3 Tbsp otherwise add 2 Tbsp) mix well together.
  3. Spread mixture among waffles.
  4. Add whipped cream to top if desired.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
