Gingered Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 3 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 3 drops of ginger oil or 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fruit
  2. Slice Mango, Strawberries and Kiwi
  3. Add Blueberries
  4. In a bowl whisk lime juice, honey and ginger oil
  5. Add to fruit
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
  7. Serve cold
