Ingredients

  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Onion
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes and dry.
  2. Slide vegetables onto the skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill for 20 minutes and enjoy!
  5. Serve with rice or quinoa.
