Zucchini Chips

  • 2 large zucchini
  • olive oil or PAM
  • Sea Salt


  1. Slice your Zucchini thinly
  2. Arrange on a cookie sheet covered with foil or a baking stone
  3. Place the Zucchini on the cookie sheet
  4. Spray lightly with PAM or olive oil
  5. Sprinkle lightly with Sea Salt
  6. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour
  7. Flip and Bake at 250 degrees for another hour
  8. Make sure your chips are dried and turned into Zucchini Chips
  9. Allow to cool and enjoy!
