Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Perfect two ingredient cookie! Banana Oatmeal Cookies have only 2 ingredients in these healthy low carb cookies (plus chocolate chips if you want)! They are SO good and SO good for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix bananas and oatmeal in medium size bowl.
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Place on cooling rack, let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You can add mini chocolate chips or nuts if desired. I added 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. You can use Enjoy Life brand to keep these dairy free.
