Mustard Egg Salad Sandwich

This sandwich is perfect for those hot summer days!

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon mustard or less for taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • pepper and salt to taste


  1. Peel the shell off of your eggs.
  2. Wash and slice the eggs into a small bowl.
  3. Add mustard and mayo; mix well.
  4. Stir in pepper and salt if desired.
  5. Scoop on to bread (we used Sandwich Thins) and enjoy!
