Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 1 cup sugar substitute (Splenda or Swerve)
  • 1 egg
  • Hershey Kisses (optional)


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  4. Drop teaspoonful's of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them 1 1/2 inches apart.
  5. Bake until the cookies are puffed and starting to lightly brown around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. After they come out of the oven add 1 Hershey kiss per cookie.
  7. Let cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
