Fried Taters

Fried Taters are the best Southern Comfort food!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 whole potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 3 TBSP oil
  • dash salt optional
  • dash pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once butter is melted in with oil add the potatoes.
  3. Stir potatoes often.
  4. Cooked about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
