Apple Pork Chops are naturally gluten free and taste delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 6 whole boneless pork chops
  • 4 whole apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and slice apples.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Melt butter in skillet.
  4. Brown porkchops on both sides in butter.
  5. Grease large baking dish.
  6. Put apple slices in bottom of dish.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  8. Sprinkle over apples.
  9. Place pork chops on top.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hour.
