Ingredients

  • Udi's Bread
  • Horizon Organic American Cheese
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet to medium/high.
  2. Cook egg over medium.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Butter the outside of both slices of bread.
  5. Assemble sandwich with cheese, egg, bacon and avocado.
  6. Add mayonnaise if desired.
  7. Grill on skillet until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
