Chicken and Dumplins

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 uncooked chicken breasts
  • 2 T of butter
  • 1 14 oz can cream chicken soup
  • 1 14 oz can cream celery soup
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • a dash of chicken bouillon seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • biscuit dough one can of prepared refrigerated dough cut into quarters

Instructions

  1. Add the 4 to 5 uncooked chicken breasts, 2 T of butter, 1 can cream chicken soup, 1 can cream celery soup, 1 cup diced celery, 1 cup diced carrots, 3 1/2 cups chicken broth, dash chicken bouillon seasoning, salt and pepper to the crockpot.
  2. Mix together gently.
  3. Cook for 8 hrs on low.
  4. Add biscuit dough quarters to crockpot, replace lid and cook an additional one hour on low.
  5. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
