Crockpot Black Bean, Corn & Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breast cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 chipotle minicube
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 14 ounce bag of frozen green peppers red peppers, and onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for approximately 5-6 hours.
  3. Stir occasionally.
