For PB/Banana fans:
Half of a frozen banana (take out of skin and put in ziploc in freezer the night before)
1/2 cup skim/fat-free milk
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
Splash of vanilla
1 Tbs peanut butter
Blend well – it comes out the consistency of a thick vanilla milkshake because of the frozen banana.

The pb/banana smoothie sounds delicious! We also like to make strawberry/banana smoothies with strawberry yogurt, strawberries, and a banana.
