I use to make this all of the time when I taught high school home economics and totally forgot about this easy recipe. No one will believe you that it takes only minutes to prepare.
- Chocolate Eclair Dessert
- 1 small Cool Whip
- 2 packages french vanilla pudding
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 tub chocolate frosting
- Make pudding with 3½ cups of milk. Then add Cool Whip. Using an
- x 11 dish, put a layer of graham crackers in bottom.
- Add layer of Cool Whip mixture. Add another layer of crackers. Frost the crackers with chocolate. Add another layer of Cool Whip mixture, then continue layers until crackers are gone. Make sure to frost that last cracker layer with chocolate (and every time you add a cracker layer!)
