Crockpot Taco Soup

Crockpot Taco Soup is amazing and only 4 Weight Watchers Points!

Crockpot Taco Soup is loved by all in my house! The boys ask me all the time to make this and it is super easy to make and put in the slow cooker for the day.  It is also low in fat and high in fiber so not only does it taste good it is good for you too!  It is only 4 Weight Watchers Points for 1 cup.  You could easily use ground turkey, bison or venison for less fat!  I like to serve this with homemade garlic bread too!

To Freeze: Prepare as directed and then place into a freezer safe container and freeze. Thaw and enjoy.

Will be trying this recipe today! I am making some changes (Turkey instead of beef for health benefits) and two small cans of rotel instead of just tomatoes for a little kick! I will let you know how it turns out!

Very similar to a recipe that I have.
4 frozen chicken breasts (must be frozen)
    Hidden Valley ranch packet
    Taco seasoning
    16 oz jar of salsa
    Black beans
    White beans
    Pinto beans
    Kidney beans
    Vegetarian baked beans
    Canned corn
Low setting for 6-7 hours and then shred the chicken and your ready to eat.
I love that you can just throw in in and forget it. I’m going to try the ground beef for variety.
