Crockpot Pork Loin Roast

All you need is 4 ingredients for this succulent roast recipe! The secret ingredient is Apple Cider Vinegar!

Crockpot Pork Loin Roast Recipe is a favorite at my house.  What a great feeling to walk in the door from a busy day to the aroma of this succulent roast that is done and ready to be eaten. All you need is 4 ingredients and this programmable crock pot!  The secret ingredient is Apple Cider Vinegar!

Crockpot Pork Loin Roast is also naturally gluten free which is perfect for my son and Melissa. I like to make Gluten Free Gravy Recipe to serve with the roast and potatoes if I make them. For the meal pictured above we had Way Better Hash Brown Casserole and corn with the roast.

Crockpot Pork Loin Roast
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
Serves: 6
  • 3½ to 5 lb Pork Loin Roast
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Place roast in crockpot.
  2. Add Apple Cider Vinegar.
  3. Season roast with salt and pepper.
  4. Place cover on crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Serve with gravy if desired.
Be sure to leave netting on your roast while cooking otherwise the meat will fall apart and shred. Remove netting once it has been cooked by placing the roast on a plate and use a knife or cooking shears to cut it loose.

A 3 qt crockpot is ideal for cooking a three-pound chicken or a 2 pound roast. So if you use a smaller crockpot you need to use a smaller roast.
