Crockpot Pork Loin Roast Recipe is a favorite at my house. What a great feeling to walk in the door from a busy day to the aroma of this succulent roast that is done and ready to be eaten. All you need is 4 ingredients and this programmable crock pot! The secret ingredient is Apple Cider Vinegar! Hard to believe but it is true!
Best of all this is a low carb recipe that the entire family will love! If you are eating a Keto Diet you will love this easy slow cooker recipe. Simply enjoy it with a side salad and caulflower rice for a meal that is out of this world.
You can easily turn this into a freezer meal simply by placing all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freezing. When you are ready to prepare simply thaw in the fridge overnight and place into the slow cooker. You do not need to add any liquid ingredients and it will turn out so tender!
Crockpot Pork Loin Roast is also naturally gluten free which is perfect for my son and Melissa. I like to make Gluten Free Gravy Recipe to serve with the roast and mashed potatoes if I make them. For the meal pictured above we had Way Better Hash Brown Casserole and corn with the roast.
All you need is 4 ingredients for this succulent roast recipe! I hope your family enjoys this Crockpot Pork Loin Roast as much as my family does!
Crockpot Pork Loin Roast
- 3 1/2 to 5 lb Pork Loin Roast
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- Place roast in crockpot.
- Add Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Season roast with salt and pepper.
- Place cover on crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with gravy if desired.
Be sure to leave netting on your roast while cooking otherwise the meat will fall apart and shred. Remove netting once it has been cooked by placing the roast on a plate and use a knife or cooking shears to cut it loose.
