This easy, delicious Crockpot Montreal Roast recipe is so yummy! I love that I can just dump the three simple ingredients in the slow cooker and let it go all day. The recipe says to let it cook on low for 8 up to 10 hours, but you can easily let it go for 10 hours and more if your schedule needs it to with work or activities. The beef roast is most tender the longer it cooks. I personally love when it starts to shred and fall apart the moment I touch it and try to remove from the slow cooker. Crockpot Montreal Roast
Yield 4 -6
- 3-5 lb beef roast
- 2 Tbsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 4 Tbsp butter, cut into slices
- Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker.
- Then sprinkle seasonings on top.
- Next place slices of butter on top.
- Place lid on top and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Remove and serve.
