Have you heard of the 10 Minute Trainer? When I was contacted by this company and asked if we would consider a review I thought – WOW, I actually may be able to spare 10 minutes a day to workout and then I thought what can I really accomplish in 10 minutes?
I was thrilled to see that that Beachbody – creators of widely popular at-home fitness programs like P90X and INSANITY are providing busy Mom’s with something that could show results with the 10-Minute Trainer. Beachbody is providing mother’s everywhere with the ultimate time-saving (and money saving) fitness tool, an ideal solution for busy moms looking to get or stay fit and healthy in only 10 minutes or stacked for 20 and 30 minute workouts. I know how it is to not have extra time or money to join a gym.
10-Minute Trainer is a quick but effective power-packed total-body workout. Tony Horton – the creator of P90X – helps TMT users blast fat and get lean by packing cardio, total-body, lower body, abs and yoga flex into each workout for what he calls his Super Stacking™ technique. Each 10-minute routine works multiple muscles at the same time, allowing for better results in less time… perfect for the on-the-go mom.
I decided to try the 10 Minute Trainer for 7 days and see if I noticed a difference. I have to say first of all this is a really good (intense) workout. I did 10 minutes on most days but several days I stacked and did a 20 or 30 minute workout. I will be the first to admit that I am not really a fan of working out however I really liked this workout (maybe because I knew it would only take me 10 minutes 🙂
I have started noticing results and now I am motivated to continue the workout and see where it can take me. If you are not a fan of going to the gym but you are looking for a good workout then I would suggest checking out the 10 Minute Trainer. I was really impressed with it and with myself. I think because I wasn’t overwhelmed with having to do a long workout it made it easier to get on board. I am feeling the workout too! A little sore but that means it is working right?
After I workout I love to enjoy a smoothie. Be sure to check out these other Smoothie recipes:
