Banana Peanut Butter Bites are yummy and a healthy snack. Bananas and peanut butter are a great combo and when frozen they are even better! All you need is bananas and peanut butter and then the patience to wait for them to freeze 🙂 Which was a little hard for me because I wanted to munch on them right away! You could also substitute any nut butter or hazelnut spread!
This is a great gluten free snack! It is also Paleo friendly if you substitute the peanut butter for Almond Butter. I hope you enjoy them as much as me!

Banana Peanut Butter Bites
Yield 2 -3
Perfect go to snack when you are in a hurry or after a workout!
- 1 banana
- 2-3 Tbsp peanut butter
- Slice banana.
- Put 1 tsp peanut butter on banana slice and then cover with another banana slice.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Repeat until you have done them all.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove and place in container with lid and store in freezer.
- Enjoy as you want them.
You can store them in the freezer in an air tight container for up to 3 months.
