Banana Peanut Butter Bites are yummy and a healthy snack.  Bananas and peanut butter are a great combo and when frozen they are even better! All you need is bananas and peanut butter and then the patience to wait for them to freeze. Which was a little hard for me because I wanted to munch on them right away!  You could also substitute any nut butter or hazelnut spread!

These banana peanut butter bites are an easy and healthy snack! Pop them in the freezer and you will have a frozen treat that is healthy and tastes so good!

This is a great gluten free snack!  It is also Paleo friendly if you substitute the peanut butter for Almond Butter.  I hope you enjoy them as much as me! These are perfect if you are carb cycling.

Yeah I agree that waiting for them to freeze might be asking a lot from my crew. Guess I will be making a double batch so they can enjoy some right away.
