Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can 15.5 oz pineapple chunks, do not drain juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
- Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
- Place in freezer.
- To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Dump bag in slow cooker.
- Place lid on.
- Cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
