This scrumptious Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Recipe recipe is also a great freezer meal! I prepared this meal in an afternoon when doing twenty crockpot freezer meals for my family's dinners. With end of the school year activities in full swing and summer break coming, I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals that I could make for my family. This chicken crockpot recipe has been one of my favorites so far out of all the slow cooker meals. I served the delicious Hawaiian Chicken over white rice with Roasted Broccoli. This recipe is also gluten free when you use gluten free soy sauce. It would be great if you are hosting a luau themed party.

Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Recipe is so good and it's an easy freeze slow cooker supper that everyone will love. My whole family loved this complete crockpot dinner meal and they want me to make it again soon! Be sure to make this crockpot freezer meal, you will not be disappointed. This is a crowd pleaser for sure. You can easily double this recipe and you can use any cut of chicken that your family prefers. I have made it with boneless chicken thighs too!
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can 15.5 oz pineapple chunks do not drain juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
- Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
- Place in freezer.
- To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Dump bag in slow cooker.
- Place lid on.
- Cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
