3 Ingredient Crockpot Chuck Roast is simple to make and tastes great!

This yummy 3 Ingredient Crockpot Chuck Roast is so easy to make! Simply put the ingredients in the slow cooker, let it cook all day and then dinner is ready. Don't let the fact that there is only 3 ingredients make you think there is no taste in this delicious chuck roast. It is packed full of flavor and is super moist. You will not be disappointed in this crockpot recipe.

All you need is a chuck roast, onion and an onion soup mix packet. Slice the onion and place the slices in the bottom of the crockpot. Next place the chuck roast on top and sprinkle the packet of lipton onion soup mix on top of it.  Pour water in the slow cooker if desired.  Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours.  It is really that easy!  No one will realize that you didn't spend all day making this delicious roast. You can serve it with potatoes and carrots.  I normally add them into the slow cooker a couple hours into the recipe.
